Leading the way in STEM: Regional Innovation and Collaboration in Europe – what needs to be done?

Join us for a breakfast seminar to explore how regions can drive the European STEM ambitions forward. The seminar will highlight the importance of regional innovation and collaboration in achieving European STEM goals and discuss how to secure long-term funding of STEM initiatives at EU, national and regional levels.

Region Skåne, the southernmost region in Sweden takes wide and sharp initiatives to increase the STEM-competence in the region. One of the focuspoints is to reach out to young people, while at school but also outside of school.

After a round of keynote introductions, our panellists will share and discuss their insights and expertise on how to work together to address STEM challenges and what actors, working with STEM in the EU, can learn from each other.
